By viewing the Verified Seller List, you agree on behalf of yourself and your organization:
- Confidential information includes every listing, profile, figure and any identity revealed through an approved introduction.
- Use only to evaluate acquiring that business. No other use, including competing with the business, recruiting its staff, soliciting its customers, or sharing it with anyone outside your organization and professional advisers bound by confidentiality.
- No attempt to identify owners who have not approved an introduction, including by combining listing details with other data.
- No contact outside the platform with a listed business about a sale until the owner approves your introduction.
- No copying, scraping, exporting or storing listings outside Exitr.
- Return or delete any confidential information on request or when you stop being a subscriber.
- Breach: immediate termination of access, and Exitr and the affected owner may seek an injunction and damages. You are responsible for anyone you share information with.
- Duration: obligations last 3 years after your last access, and indefinitely for owner identities not publicly disclosed by the owner.
- Governed by Connecticut law; disputes under section 16 of the Terms of Service, except that injunctions may be sought in court.
