1. Who this covers. This policy explains how SIG Advisory LLC handles personal information on Exitr's website and service. Contact: info@exitr.ai.

3. Information about businesses in the database. The product covers businesses, not people. It uses company-level facts from public and licensed sources, such as public registration records, published job postings, company websites and news. We do not sell personal contact information such as personal emails, mobile numbers or home addresses. A business can ask us to correct or remove its record at exitr.ai/data-removal; we act on verified requests within 10 business days.
4. How we use information. To provide, secure and improve the service; to process payments; to send account, security and billing emails; to send marketing emails you can opt out of anytime; to prevent fraud and abuse; and to comply with law.
5. Sharing. We share personal information only with service providers who process it for us under contract (hosting, database, payments, email delivery, analytics, error monitoring, AI processing), when required by law, to protect rights and safety, or in a merger or sale of the business. We do not sell personal information and do not share it for cross-context behavioral advertising.
6. Cookies and analytics. We use necessary cookies to keep you signed in and secure, and analytics to understand usage and marketing performance. Where required, we ask for consent, and you can control cookies in your browser.
7. Retention. Account data is kept while your account is active and for up to 24 months after, unless the law requires longer. Audit logs are kept 2 years. Backups roll off on a fixed schedule.
8. Security. We use encryption, access controls, monitoring and testing to protect information. No method is perfect, and we will notify you of a breach affecting your information as the law requires.
9. Your choices and rights. You can update your information in settings, unsubscribe from marketing emails, and ask us to access, correct or delete your personal information. Depending on where you live (for example California and other US states with privacy laws), you may have additional rights; we will not discriminate against you for using them. 10. Children. The service is for businesses and is not directed to anyone under 18.
